3.1 48-Hour Inspection Period
Ceramics are delicate, and we take extreme care in our packaging. Upon receiving your order, please inspect your items immediately. If any piece arrives damaged or broken during transit, notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will provide a swift replacement for the affected item at no additional cost to you.
3.2 Returns & Exchange Criteria
For non-damaged items, we offer a 7-day exchange window under the following conditions:
- Pristine Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original artisanal packaging.
- Set Integrity: For dinner sets, the full set must be returned to qualify for an exchange or store credit.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs for “change of mind” exchanges are the responsibility of the patron.
3.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after our quality control studio in Pakistan verifies the returned items.
